Desert Manna Ministries, Inc. has proudly served the needs of homeless and low-income people in Barstow, CA and the surrounding unincorporated areas for 30 years.  We have a caring and professional staff and a dedicated group of volunteers.

Our Philosophy

If you need help, we'll be there for you.  It's as simple as that.  If we can't provide what you need, we'll help you find someone who can.  All you have to do is ask.

Executive Director

Rev. Sheri L. Randolph is our Executive Director. Born and raised in Barstow, she has close ties to the community and a deep understanding of its needs. She is an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ (www.ucc.org) and recently served a rural church in Wisconsin.
